Shipping
All orders are processed between 1-3 working days after the order is placed.
All orders are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked delivery service.
Flat rate of £3.95 on all orders. Estimated at 2-4 working days once dispatched. Please allow up to 21 working days.
European Union countries:
Flat rate of £11.95 on all orders. Estimated at 3 - 7 working days once dispatched. Please allow up to 21 working days.
International orders including USA, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Middle East orders:
Flat rate of £14.95 on all orders. Estimated at 5 - 10 working days once despatched. Please allow up to 60 working days.
All international orders sent to countries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) bases and may be subject to import duties and local taxes.
You will be contacted either by the delivery company or the local customs office is fees are applicable to your order. Blissful Essence accepts no responsibility for these fees, they will need to be paid by yourself prior to the delivery of your order. Please check with your custom office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.
Please note, deliveries requested to non-residential addresses or houses with multiple occupants are made at the customers own risk and we will not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and offer exchanges or refunds on any product you are not completely satisfied with, simply return the unused/unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, Blissful Essence will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any return postage or original shipping fees.
